If the government refuses to apologize for the 1988 judiciary fiasco because it fears to be sued; that is totally insane and shows how immature and incapable of the BN government to rule.
It seems that BN tries to sweep the scandal under the carpet and wants the people to forget it once and for all but it is unethical and immoral and irresponsible on the part of the BN to refrain from disclosing the truth as "by revisiting to the issue would prolong the crisis", I quote, which is a total denial of justice in Malaysia.
So, it is meaningless and pointless to talk about any judiciary reform and to restore the confidence of the public and to convince the world that we are fair and just if the truth of the 1988 judiciary scandal is not unveiled.
Mind you, the whole world is watching you and don't ridicule yourself or gamble on the judiciary future in a lackadaisical and irresponsible manner as it is the integrity and creditability of the ruling BN and the pride of Malaysians that count.
